Overview

The ZONESUN ZS-GD2205 is a custom-designed automatic 3-axis glue dispensing machine built for precision, programmability, and versatility across industrial adhesive application requirements. Featuring 3-axis XYZ positioning, a handheld teach pendant controller, and a Taiwan step motor with Japan guide rail drive system, it supports programmable dispensing patterns including dots, lines, arcs, and circles with accuracy customizable to within ±0.002 mm. Compatible with CAD and CorelDRAW file formats and supporting up to 1,000 sets of stored dispensing programs, the ZS-GD2205 is available in 7 model configurations covering working ranges from 200×200 mm to 300×500 mm, serving electronics, automotive, packaging, and general assembly industries.
