Overview

The ZONESUN ZS-FM5D is an automatic dual-head auger powder filling machine designed for efficient, precise dosing of free-flowing powders across a wide fill range of 5 g to 5000 g. With two simultaneous filling heads, it achieves 20–40 bottles per minute — doubling throughput compared to single-head auger fillers. The integrated 150 L screw feeder hopper with mixing function ensures continuous powder supply, prevents bridging and clogging, and maintains consistent material flow throughout production runs. All product-contact parts are fabricated from food-grade 316 stainless steel, meeting GMP and food safety standards. By swapping auger screws, the machine covers four fill ranges (5–50 g, 50–300 g, 300–1000 g, 1000–5000 g) without major reconfiguration. Available with or without the feeding machine, and compatible with optional dust removal systems, capping machines, and labeling machines for fully automated powder packaging lines.
