The ZONESUN ZS-ACW2 is a fully automatic candle wick inserting machine designed for efficient, precise, and high-volume candle production. With a capacity of up to 2000 pcs/h, it integrates wick cutting, tab assembly, glue application, and wick insertion into a single streamlined system. Equipped with servo automatic positioning, pneumatic cleaning, and a stable glue-melting unit, it ensures accurate wick placement and consistent bonding.The machine supports 1–4 wicks per container, accommodates various container shapes, and can be customized according to customer samples. It is ideal for integrating into a fully automated candle production line.

Wick Inserting, Cutting & Tab Assembly Unit  

Cuts the wick to length, applies glue to the metal tab, and inserts the cotton wick into the container center, with optional single or four head operation.

Pneumatic Air Tube

Uses compressed air to eject the pull tab and clear wax after each cut, keeping the area clean and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted wick placement.

Servo Positioning Control System

Provides precise and stable positioning for the wick insertion, ensuring higher accuracy and consistent operation.

Glue Melter

Heats and melts the adhesive to a stable, flowable state and feeds it to the tab‑gluing section, ensuring clean, consistent bonding.

Cup Accumulation Station

Collects and accumulates the containers after wick insertion, keeping them organized and positioned for the next processing step.
