The ZONESUN ZS-LG2C is an automatic spiral filling machine specifically engineered for producing double-color or swirl-pattern cosmetic products. It is equipped with heating hoppers, allowing for the simultaneous filling of different colors or materials.

The servo-driven rotary system precisely synchronizes the container rotation with the piston stroke, creating consistent spiral effects in products like lipsticks, balms, and skincare creams. Featuring PLC touch screen control, the machine allows for easy adjustment of filling speed, temperature, and rotation patterns to suit various high-viscosity cosmetic pastes.
