Introducing our advanced horizontal flow wrapper, designed for high-speed candy packaging. This system features an integrated candy feeding system, utilizing a rotary indexing wheel with pocketed slots for precise product singulation. Candies are efficiently transferred to the flow wrapper, which employs an overhead film feed for bag forming, sealing, and wrapping. A rotary knife system provides rapid cutting, achieving speeds up to 700 packages per hour. Servo motors and high-speed photoelectric sensors ensure accurate and reliable operation. The intuitive touchscreen interface allows for easy control and adjustments.
