Peristaltic Pump Fillers
Product contacts the replaceable tubing rather than the internal pump mechanism, supporting clean product changeover and controlled dosing of low-viscosity liquids.
Controlled Dosing & Small-Volume Filling
Fill small doses of liquids, pastes and powders with controlled, repeatable dispensing. ZONESUN high-precision filling machines include peristaltic, ceramic, magnetic, servo and auger dosing systems for laboratories, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and other applications requiring careful volume or weight control.
Precision Dosing Technology
High-precision filling requires more than selecting a machine by bottle size. The dosing principle must match the product viscosity, target volume or weight, required speed, contact-material requirements and acceptable filling tolerance.
Product contacts the replaceable tubing rather than the internal pump mechanism, supporting clean product changeover and controlled dosing of low-viscosity liquids.
Precision ceramic pump assemblies are commonly used for repeatable small-volume filling of compatible pharmaceutical, cosmetic and laboratory liquids.
Servo-controlled piston or pump movement provides programmable dosing for compatible liquids and pastes across a wider filling-volume range.
Servo auger or weighing systems dispense small quantities of compatible powders into bottles, vials, sachets and other containers.
Consider for low-viscosity liquids when replaceable tubing and easier product-path changeover are priorities.
Consider for compatible small-volume liquids requiring controlled, repeatable mechanical dosing.
Consider for programmable liquid or paste filling across several container sizes and dosing volumes.
Consider for fine or moderately flowing powders that require controlled screw-based volumetric dosing.
It is a filling system configured to dispense a controlled volume, weight or quantity with repeatable results. The machine may use a peristaltic pump, ceramic pump, servo piston, magnetic pump, auger or weighing system depending on the material.
Small-volume filling describes the quantity being dispensed. High-precision filling describes the level of dosing control and repeatability. A small filling volume does not automatically guarantee high accuracy.
Peristaltic and ceramic pumps are frequently considered for compatible small-volume liquids. The final choice depends on viscosity, chemical compatibility, target volume, cleaning requirements and production speed.
Many machines allow the filling volume to be adjusted within a specified range. Very large differences between the minimum and maximum dose may require a different pump size, piston, tubing or nozzle.
Compatible viscous products may be filled using a servo piston, gear pump or other positive-displacement system. Stable temperature, product supply and nozzle shutoff are important for repeatable filling.
Precision powder filling machines may use servo augers or weighing systems for controlled small-dose dispensing. Powder density, flowability, dust generation and target weight must be tested.
Filling can be integrated with stopper insertion, plug pressing, screw capping, crimping or other closure processes. The configuration must match the bottle, vial, closure and required output.
Provide the product, target filling volume or weight, acceptable tolerance, viscosity or density, container opening, closure type, required speed, cleaning requirements and actual product and container samples where possible.
