Description

The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180G10 is an automatic viscous paste filling, cap pressing, and tightening production line designed for bottle closures that require pressing into position before final tightening. It combines automatic bottle unscrambling, servo piston filling, cap sorting, cap placement, pressing, and multi-wheel tightening in one coordinated production line, reducing manual bottle handling and ensuring consistent fill and closure quality.

With a production speed of approximately 30–50 bottles/min and ≤±1% filling accuracy via a 4-head servo piston system, the line handles bottles from 20–160 mm diameter and 30–300 mm height, with compatible caps from 18–70 mm diameter.
