This fully automatic bucket labeling machine is specifically designed for labeling buckets with handles. It features a dedicated handle guide rail, making the labeling process effortless and convenient. Simply place the bucket on the conveyor belt and slide the handle into the guide rail to begin labeling.
HANDLE GUIDE RAIL
The handle guide rail positions the bucket correctly on the conveyor and aligns the handle for accurate label placement. The brush helps prevent the handle from moving or falling so the label can be applied smoothly without wrinkles or tears.
LABELING MECHANISM
The pressure roller applies consistent pressure as the bucket moves toward the application roller. The application roller rotates and accurately applies the label to the bucket surface.
