This semi-automatic piston filling machine is the perfect solution for filling viscous liquids, such as personal care products. Its stand-mounted design features a lifting filling head, allowing you to easily adjust the filling volume as needed. You can also customize the machine for larger filling volumes based on your specific requirements.
CONTROL BUTTON
Simple control buttons simplify machine operation. This machine can be controlled by pedal switch as well. The pedal switch can free the operator's hands to handle containers and perform other tasks during the filling operation.
FILLING VOLUME
By rotating the black handle, the filling volume can be adjusted. The cylinder is fitted with a detailed scale, making it more convenient to adjust the filling volume.
AIR CYLINDER
The filling speed of the diving nozzles can be adjusted separately by the left knob. The operator can also set the interval time by rotating the right knob to make the machine fill automatically without using the pedal switch.
LIFTING FILLING
By descending into the container, it minimizes agitation and foam formation during filling, ensuring cleaner, more accurate fills, especially with foamy liquids.
FILLING VALVE
The filling valve can stop liquid from flowing reversely caused by back pressure, which ensures the smooth flow of filling materials.
BOTTLE HOLDER
The height of the bottle holder can be adjusted by rotating the screw, which makes it suitable for different sizes of bottles.
