Choosing a perfume packaging eqipment involves more than confirming whether the bottle holds 30 ml, 50 ml, or 100 ml.

Perfume bottles vary widely in shape, bottle-neck structure, spray-pump size, decorative collar, and outer-cap design. Two bottles with the same nominal capacity may require completely different filling nozzles, conveyor guides, crimping heads, and cap-pressing molds.

Before customizing a perfume filling and crimping line, the equipment manufacturer needs to evaluate the perfume liquid, bottle, spray pump, decorative collar, outer cap, target output, and factory conditions.

This guide explains what information and samples a perfume manufacturer should provide when requesting a customized packaging solution.

What Does a Perfume Filling and Crimping Line Do?

A perfume filling and crimping line is used after the perfume has been mixed, cooled, filtered, and stabilized.

It does not manufacture the perfume formula. Instead, it fills the finished fragrance into bottles and completes the bottle-closing process.

A typical perfume packaging line may include:

Operators manually place the pump, collar, or cap onto each bottle before it enters the corresponding working station.
