1. Production Requirement Collection
We begin by understanding what needs to be packaged and how the finished process should operate. Customers typically provide: product name and characteristics, filling or packaging volume, container type and dimensions, cap or closure specifications, label specifications, required production speed, current production method, available factory space, automation level, destination country, local voltage and frequency, and upstream/downstream processes. Photos and videos help with initial evaluation; physical samples are usually required for accurate machine design and testing.
2. Product and Material Evaluation
Different materials require different handling. Our engineers evaluate fluidity, viscosity, foaming tendency, particle content, product temperature, corrosiveness, powder dust, granule size, material sensitivity, and cleaning requirements. These characteristics determine the appropriate pump, filling method, nozzle structure, feeding system, sealing method, and machine speed. Customers must inform us about hazardous, corrosive, flammable, toxic, regulated, or temperature-sensitive materials before a solution is proposed.
3. Container and Closure Evaluation
Container evaluation covers height, width, diameter, neck dimensions, material, empty-container stability, shape, bottom structure, opening dimensions, wall rigidity, and positioning requirements. Closure evaluation covers screw caps, press-on caps, pumps, trigger sprayers, droppers, corks, ROPP aluminum caps, crimp caps, twist-off caps, crown caps, inner plugs, and other customized closures. The bottle and cap must be tested together — a similar-looking closure may still require a different feeding track, positioning mechanism, capping head, pressure, or torque setting.
4. Label and Packaging-Material Evaluation
For labeling projects, customers should provide: label dimensions, roll direction, roll inner and outer diameter, label spacing, release-liner material, labeling position, and container surface information. For films or pouches: packaging-material structure, film thickness and width, pouch dimensions, sealing requirements, printing registration mark, product weight or volume, and finished package format. Poor label or material consistency can affect machine performance even when equipment is correctly adjusted.
5. Production Capacity Evaluation
The requested production speed affects every connected process — container feeding, washing, filling, plug/cap insertion, capping, labeling, coding, inspection, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing. The slowest process determines effective line output. Actual speed may also be affected by product characteristics, filling volume, container stability, cap feeding, label quality, operator experience, material replenishment, changeover, and factory conditions. Production-capacity expectations and test conditions should be defined before project confirmation.
6. Equipment Selection and Engineering Proposal
After evaluation, our team prepares a recommendation covering: machine models, filling or packaging method, number of working heads, container-handling method, cap feeding and capping method, labeling configuration, conveyor arrangement, inspection system, required molds or change parts, optional functions, estimated production capacity, utility requirements, and preliminary machine layout. We recommend confirming which functions are essential, optional, or planned for future expansion.
7. Sample Submission and Testing
Customers may need to send actual samples — filling materials, bottles, caps, closures, inner plugs, pumps, sprayers, labels, films, premade pouches, cartons, or finished-product references — for compatibility confirmation and customized-part preparation. Provide enough samples for engineering evaluation, mold/fixture preparation, machine adjustment, repeated testing, and final pre-shipment testing. If the actual product cannot be shipped, provide a test material with similar viscosity, flowability, foaming, or particle characteristics.
8. Machine and Production-Line Layout
Before designing the layout, customers should provide: available floor dimensions, ceiling height, column positions, doors and access routes, operator working areas, material-loading and finished-product collection areas, existing machines, electrical connection points, compressed-air supply, water/steam/drainage requirements, maintenance access, and required conveyor direction. Lines may be arranged as straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, parallel, multi-section, or customized around existing equipment. A layout drawing confirms machine positions, conveyor direction, working height, operator access, and installation space before manufacturing.
9. Mechanical and Electrical Design
Mechanical engineering may cover: machine-frame adjustment, filling-system design, customized nozzles, bottle fixtures, guide rails, cap tracks, capping heads, labeling mechanisms, sealing structures, molds, safety covers, and conveyor systems. Electrical and automation engineering may cover: PLC control, HMI interface, sensor logic, servo control, alarm functions, counting, no-bottle detection, no-fill/no-cap control, machine interlocks, production-line communication, and inspection/rejection logic. The exact scope depends on the confirmed equipment and technical agreement.
10. Manufacturing and Assembly
After design approval, the project enters manufacturing: component processing, frame and structure preparation, mechanical assembly, electrical cabinet wiring, pneumatic installation, sensor installation, PLC programming, conveyor integration, customized-part installation, and initial machine adjustment. For complete lines, each machine is integrated into the overall production sequence.
11. Machine Testing and Optimization
After assembly, the machine is adjusted and tested across: container feeding, product filling, cap placement, capping, label application, sealing, coding, inspection, rejection, conveying, transfer between machines, control-system response, safety functions, and continuous operation. When customer samples are available, testing uses confirmed materials. Compatibility issues may require adjustment of parameters, guide rails, fixtures, sensors, nozzles, or cap-handling components.
12. Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Before shipment, test videos or other confirmation materials may be provided for review of machine configuration, sample packaging process, control-panel operation, customized functions, finished package appearance, production-line coordination, and accessories. For complex customized lines, a Factory Acceptance Test may be agreed upon. Specific acceptance standards, test duration, measurement methods, and documentation requirements should be confirmed before manufacturing or included in the technical agreement.
13. Packaging and Delivery
After testing and final inspection, equipment is prepared for shipment: machine cleaning, protective wrapping, securing moving components, moisture protection, accessory identification, wooden-case packaging, internal reinforcement, and shipping marks. Large production lines may be divided into sections for transportation and reconnected during installation. Review the packing list, section numbers, layout drawing, and installation information upon arrival.
14. Installation and Commissioning Support
Available support includes: operation manuals, installation instructions, machine setup videos, remote video assistance, parameter-setting guidance, electrical and pneumatic information, troubleshooting, operator guidance, and on-site installation when agreed and available. Customers should prepare required utilities, factory space, product and packaging materials, operators, and lifting equipment before commissioning begins.

Important Project Considerations
Use final packaging samples. Prototype bottles or caps that differ from the final production version may lead to incorrect machine components or adjustment ranges.
Confirm all size variations. If several bottle, cap, label, pouch, or carton sizes will run on the same machine, every format must be disclosed before design confirmation. Additional sizes may require change parts or separate molds.
Define acceptance criteria. Production speed, filling tolerance, labeling position, closure requirements, and test duration should be defined using realistic and measurable conditions.
Record technical requirements. Important requirements should be included in the quotation, contract, layout, or technical agreement. Verbal or unrecorded requirements can easily lead to misunderstandings.
Consider future expansion. If inspection, cartoning, case packing, or other automation is planned for later, discuss this during the initial layout and conveyor design.
