Overview
The ZONESUN ZS-MD60 is a high-precision industrial X-ray inspection system designed for online detection and automatic rejection of foreign object contaminants in packaged products. Using an 80 kV X-ray source (max 210 W) and advanced image analysis running on a Linux-based operating system, it reliably detects metal (ball β₯0.3 mm, wire β₯0.2Γ2 mm), glass, ceramic, stone, and dense contaminants in composite, foil, and multi-layer packaging that defeats conventional metal detectors.
