DESCRIPTION

For automatically feeding granules or small items into the weighing system, ensuring a continuous and stable supply.

02 / FEEDING

The feeding device includes a vibrator and a lifting loader. The hopper of the vibrator is 2L and is made of ABC food grade. The electronic components are from DELIXI.

03 / MULTI-HEAD WEIGHER

It adopts a multi-head weigher to measure and fill the material. It is accurate to within 0.5g.

04 / FILLING

The filling machine is equipped with a rotary plate with customizable jigs. It vibrates the bottles while filling, which makes the material compact.
