DESCRIPTION
This isobaric filling machine is suitable for filling sparkling drinks like sparkling wine, soda water, beer, kombucha etc. It is also suitable for still beverage. Extra liquid can flow back to storage tank during filling to ensure consistent filling. It usually integrates with the mixing system, capping, labeling machine to realize complete packaging work.
Control Panel: The touch screen makes parameter setting intuitive. Multiple languages can be customized.
Backflow Filling: Extra liquid flows back to the storage tank for equal-level filling. Multiple filling heads can be customized.
Storage Hopper: A float ball triggers automatic pumping when the liquid level drops. This feature is only for still beverage filling.
Chain Conveyor: The length and width can be customized, and the conveyor has a higher load capacity.
Feeding Pump: Supplies still beverage to the storage tank in time.
