DESCRIPTION
Introducing our advanced High shear mixer, designed to quickly and evenly distribute one homogeneous material into another or multiple substances. This machine achieves excellent homogenization and emulsification, resulting in stable products that resist separation. With a small gap between the rotor and stator for fine shear, it offers high emulsifying and dispersing efficiency.
EMULSIFICATION HEAD
The rotor-stator mixing mechanism creates strong turbulence and shear, breaking the dispersed phase into small droplets and distributing them evenly through the continuous phase.
CONTAINER CLAMP
Secures the container during high-speed mixing to maintain stability and safety throughout emulsification.
FREQUENCY INVERTER & SPEED REGULATOR
The frequency inverter supports energy-saving speed regulation, while the adjustment knob makes speed control easy.
MANUAL GAS VALVE
The pneumatic lifting height can be adjusted according to the container and material for optimal emulsifying-head positioning.
