Description

This custom-built automatic dual station labeling machine is designed specifically for applying labels to tapered bottles. Featuring top and body labeling stations, it can achieve speeds of 25-30 bottles per minute, depending on your specific needs.

CONTROL PANEL

Equipped with PLC touch screen control panel, operator can set working data like labeling speed, label outputting length more convenient and intuitively. Operating language can be customized into different kinds of language according to production needs.

TOP SIZE LABELING

There are some holes on the sponge of the labeling structure, it uses air cylinder to suck stickers, convey them and labels them onto bottle caps. This kind of labeling structure is suitable for covers which have a recessed design.

ELECTRIC EYE

Equipped with electric eye, they are used to detect passing by bottles and control the machine to start labeling work automatically.

BODY LABELING

Custom labeling structure for sticking labels on bottle or bucket body. It is suitable for single side, double sides and wrap-around labeling. This can improves labeling accuracy.

CONVEYOR

This labeler has chain conveyor, which has larger weight capacity, it can convey products more stably. The conveyor width can be customized according to labeling object size.
