Note: A hydraulic power unit (HPU) must be provided to facilitate the discharge of high-viscosity liquids. Ensure the hydraulic system has sufficient pressure and flow capacity to maintain stable and efficient pumping performance.
Intelligent Control Panel: Using PLC and touch screen control, parameters can be easily set and modified.
Pressed Head: The cylinder automatically compresses the sealant from the filling head into the plastic container, ensuring a seamless filling process and reducing leakage during operation.
Filling: The hydraulic discharge method ensures efficient and stable discharge of high-viscosity materials, provides fast and reliable filling, and is easy to clean.
