DESCRIPTION

The ZONESUN ZS-DCS50 is a fully automatic large bag packing machine for granules and powders, delivering up to 500 bags per hour in double-station configuration. Built with SUS304 stainless steel contact parts and PLC control, it ensures precise weighing, dust-free filling, and secure sealing across a 5–50 kg packing range.

The machine integrates automatic feeding, weighing, bag clamping, filling, and stitching or heat-sealing into one streamlined workflow — delivering efficient, consistent, and hygienic performance for feed, fertilizer, grains, quartz sand, and chemical materials. Available in Single Work Station (ZS-DCS50A) and Double Work Station (ZS-DCS50B) configurations.

DUAL-BUCKET WEIGHING

Enables alternating measurement and cyclic filling, significantly shortening cycle times and achieving a throughput of over 600 bags per hour.

Automatic weighing of bulk materials according to preset targets and accurately fills them into bags via the clamping device, ensuring a dust-free filling process.

SEALING STATION

After filling, bags are automatically conveyed to the sealing station for stitching or heat-sealing, ensuring large bags are neatly sealed and securely closed.

INTELLIGENT CONTROL

Real-time adjustment of feeding speeds based on material flow and automatic correction of weighing deviations ensure consistent weight for every bag.

CONVEYOR BELT

Transfers filled bags smoothly and steadily to the sealing station, ensuring continuous operation and reliable downstream processing.
