Description

The ZONESUN ZS-FAL12YF is an automatic vial powder filling and capping machine for high-speed filling and crimp capping of small-dose powders. It features a 4-head servo filling system and a 12-head rotary crimping system, supporting a 0.1–3 g fill range with ±3% accuracy and speeds of 150–200 bottles/min. The machine integrates bottle sorting, filling, cap sorting, placing, and crimping into a continuous process to boost efficiency and reduce manual labor. Built with SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, it is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and research applications such as herbal and ginseng powders. It can operate standalone or integrate with washing, drying, and other equipment for a complete production line.
