The ZONESUN ZS-WBL3000 is a fully automatic bottle washing and drying line that integrates circulating hot-water & warm-water spraying and high-efficiency air-knife drying into one continuous system. Designed for filling and labeling production lines, it removes dust, residues, and moisture from bottle surfaces to ensure clean, dry bottles before filling or labeling.
With precise temperature control, uniform multi-nozzle spraying, and powerful drying, it delivers stable, efficient, and consistent cleaning performance for a wide range of bottle types including glass, PET, and plastic containers.
