DESCRIPTION

This is an automatic stretch blow molding machine designed to streamline the production process and deliver high-quality bottles with precision and efficiency.

Equipped with a convenient preform elevator, the machine effortlessly transports preforms to the main unit using pneumatic grippers. The preforms are securely placed on the track for further processing.

Once in the machine, the preforms pass through high-temperature infrared heating tunnels, ensuring optimal heating for the perfect bottle formation.

At the bottle blowing station, you have the flexibility to choose between 1, 2, 4, or 6 cavity options, allowing for customized production based on your specific needs.

After the bottles are blown, they can be easily retrieved using pneumatic grippers or connected to the air conveyor for seamless transportation to the backend of your production line.
