Description

1. Simple operation panel The filling time and speed can be controlled accurately and simply. It is designed with an emergency stop button, which can avert or reduce hazards that could damage machinery.

2. Pneumatic filling nozzle Each pneumatic filling nozzle can be controlled separately, the greater power of filling nozzle makes it can fill thicker liquid faster and the filling material will not drip from the filling hose. Ensure the filling accuracy and product cleanliness.

3.Electric eye The electric eye is used to detect bottles when they pass by, this ensure the machine can automated production and filling accuracy.

4.Chain conveyor The chain conveyor has larger weight capacity which is good for transport heavier products. Compared with belt conveyor, it is more suitable for large volume products. The conveyor speed can be controlled separately by the below operation panel.

5. Rotary knob The rotary knob can control the height of filling nozzle according to container height. This machine is suitable for H≤220mm containers, but we can customize for higher containers, please contact us if you need it.
