DESCRIPTION

This machine is perfect for small to medium-sized perfume manufacturers or bottling companies. It consists of a vacuum filling machine and a capping machine, both designed to work seamlessly together to provide accurate and efficient filling and capping of perfume bottles.

The filling machine uses vacuum technology to ensure precise filling without spills or overflows. It can also suck back any excess liquid into the liquid tank, reducing waste and preventing mess. With 4 filling heads, it can fill up to 120 bottles per minute.

The capping machine has 2 stations, one for crimping the sprayer caps and the other for snapping the collar rings. This ensures that the caps are securely attached and aligned with the bottle, preventing leaks and spills. It can cap up to 80 bottles per minute.
