Overview

The ZONESUN ZS-FR100LC is a multifunctional continuous band sealer with integrated UV laser coding. It performs direct-heat fusion sealing while simultaneously marking production dates, batch numbers, QR codes, and logos on various plastic and composite bags. Equipped with UV cold-processing technology, it ensures clean, precise, and permanent markings without thermal damage to sensitive materials.

With adjustable 0–50° tilt for liquid products, precise photoelectric tracking, and sealing speeds up to 16 m/min, the ZS-FR100LC delivers efficient, permanent, and high-quality packaging for food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.
