This innovative machine uses negative ions and compressed air to eliminate dust, debris, and static cling from your bottles before filling. Bottles are automatically conveyed to the rinsing station, where sensors trigger a precise bottle-stopping mechanism. Rinsing heads descend, blasting ionized air to thoroughly clean each bottle. Dislodged particles are efficiently collected in a dedicated dust collection chamber. Standard configuration includes 4 rinsing heads, achieving a capacity of up to 2400 bottles per hour (BPH).
