The ZONESUN ZS-YT6T-6PX is a 6-head automatic servo piston paste filling machine featuring a large 160L hopper with integrated feeding pump for continuous, high-volume production. Using 6 servo-controlled piston pumps, operators can set fill volumes directly on the touchscreen — delivering ±1% accuracy at speeds of 30–70 bottles/min depending on material and bottle size.
Designed for creams, sauces, gels, honey, shampoo, and other viscous or paste products, the ZS-YT6T-6PX combines precision servo control with a customizable hopper (mixing and heating options available) and anti-drip nozzles — making it ideal for cosmetic, food, and chemical packaging lines.
