DESCRIPTION

The ZONESUN ZS-YT6T-6V is a high-efficiency liquid filling system engineered for stable and continuous production. It integrates a pneumatic piston pump filler with a 400L stainless steel mixing and heating tank, enabling uniform stirring and temperature control to maintain consistent liquid flow during operation.

Designed for low to medium viscosity liquids, this machine is ideal for products such as Juice, liquid detergents, fruit juice and other daily chemical liquids. It is not suitable for high-viscosity materials such as creams or thick pastes.

Equipped with multiple filling heads, the system delivers high-speed and high-volume output, reaching up to 30–40 bottles per minute while maintaining excellent filling accuracy (≤ ±1%). The adjustable conveyor system ensures compatibility with various bottle sizes and improves overall production flexibility.

Built with durable stainless steel and industrial-grade components, the machine provides reliable performance for long-term operation. The filling range can be customized from 5ml to 5000ml to meet diverse production requirements.
