The ZONESUN ZS-YTCT4P is an automatic constant temperature paste feeding and filling machine equipped with a feeding pump and a constant temperature system. Unlike standard filling machines, it maintains the liquid or paste at a consistent temperature throughout the entire feeding-to-filling process, ensuring stable viscosity and accurate dosing for temperature-sensitive materials.
Available in Standard and With Heater and Mixer configurations, it supports filling ranges from 10ml to 1,000ml across three selectable ranges, with 4 filling nozzles (customizable) and a capacity of 30–100 bottles/min.

CONTROL PANEL It is easy to operate with a touch screen display and 2 digital displays for temperature. There are also 2 speed controllers. One is for the material tank and the other is for the conveyor.
FILLING It fills fast and accurately with 4 piston pumps. There are heating blocks around the pumps and nozzles, ensuring the whole process is at a constant temperature.
PHOTOELECTRIC EYE It can automatically sense the bottles with a photoelectric eye. The eye is twistable and easy to be adjusted.
WATER TANK There is a water tank used to circulate the heated water. It connects to the material tank. The max temperature is 80°C.
