Stick Liquid Packing Machine DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN ZS-520BY is a fully automatic multi-lane stick liquid packing machine designed for high-volume production of ice pops, jelly, honey sticks, and other liquid or paste products. With 4–12 configurable lanes, it simultaneously forms, fills, seals, and cuts multiple sachets in a single pass — dramatically improving throughput and reducing labor costs.
Equipped with a PLC control system and touchscreen interface, the machine automates the entire process from dosing to sealing and cutting. Built with SUS304 stainless steel contact parts, it meets strict food hygiene standards — ensuring safe, reliable packaging for beverages, desserts, and similar products.
