DESCRIPTION

The monoblock includes a turntable for unscrambling the bottles, which are then transferred to a star wheel with a servo motor divider for working stations. The bottles are then filled with thick liquid using a high-precision rotor pump, which ensures accurate and consistent filling of each bottle. In addition, the monoblock includes a vibratory bowl to feed the caps, which are then securely screwed onto the bottles using a servo gripper. The advanced PLC controls and touch screen interface make it easy to monitor and adjust the machine's operation, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
