Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FA3012 is an inline inspection system developed for quality control after liquid filling and capping. During continuous conveyor operation, the machine checks whether the fill level of each container is within the configured range and inspects cap integrity, helping operators identify filling and packaging defects before downstream processing.
The system can be integrated into beverage and liquid food production lines handling PET bottles, glass containers, aluminum cans, and tinplate cans. Its non-contact X-ray inspection technology accurately detects transparent, amber-colored, and fully opaque containers. Adjustable operating parameters allow the system to accommodate different container heights, volumes, and production speeds, making it suitable for multi-format packaging lines.
Key Features
- Detection of underfilled and overfilled containers
- Cap integrity inspection
- Non-contact X-ray detection
- Continuous monitoring during conveyor operation
- Adjustable settings for different container formats
- Intelligent speed synchronization
- Compact inline design for production-line integration
How It Works
- Filled and capped containers enter the inspection station.
- The X-ray system measures the liquid level without contacting the package.
- The system checks the detected level against the configured range.
- Cap presence is verified during continuous movement.
- Containers that do not meet the inspection criteria are identified for downstream handling.
Applications
This inline inspection machine is designed for bottled water lines, breweries, canned beverage production, juice and dairy drink lines, condiment packaging, and other liquid filling operations. It is especially suitable for manufacturers that need automated inspection between the filling/capping stage and downstream labeling, cartoning, or case-packing equipment.

Intelligent Frequency Control

Wide Compatibility & Quick Changeover
Designed with flexibility, it accommodates bottles of various materials (e.g., PET, glass, metal) and sizes, allowing for quick changeovers through simple adjustments.

Gentle Handling & Scratch Prevention
Utilizing gentle handling technology, it effectively prevents surface scratches or damage during high-speed sorting, ensuring the flawless appearance of the final product.

X-ray Liquid Level Detection System
Using X-ray technology to accurately detect liquid levels and identify underfilled or overfilled products for reliable quality control.

Compact Design & Easy Integration
Featuring a compact structure with a small footprint, it can be easily integrated into existing production lines, significantly reducing space requirements and installation costs.

FAQ
Where should the inspection machine be installed?
It is normally installed after filling and capping and before labeling, cartoning, or case packing, depending on the production-line layout.
Can the machine inspect cap presence and liquid level together?Yes. The inspection system can check the configured fill-level range and verify cap presence during inline operation.
What information is required for line integration?
Container material, bottle or can dimensions, expected fill level, cap type, conveyor height, line speed, and production-line layout should be provided for configuration.
