Description

The ZONESUN ZS-MD2 is an automatic bottle cap detection and rejection machine designed for identifying high caps, tilted caps, loose caps, and aluminum-foil presence. Operating at up to 6,800 bottles per hour, it combines contact-based separation detection with metal-foil sensing to ensure accurate quality judgment.

Qualified bottles pass through automatically, while defective bottles are diverted into a side buffer for manual handling. This prevents defective products from entering finished goods, reducing customer complaints, market returns, and hidden losses.
