Description
The ZONESUN ZS-VTYG03 is an automatic press-on cap capping machine for large bottles and containers. It performs cap feeding, vacuum cap placement, initial positioning and belt pressing in a continuous production process.
After caps are automatically supplied, the vacuum pick-and-place system transfers each cap onto the corresponding bottle. The pre-pressing mechanism stabilizes the cap position before the bottle enters the belt-pressing section for final installation.
The system can be adjusted for different bottle and cap specifications. An optional screw-capping station is available when the packaging process requires threaded-cap tightening after the pressing operation.
