Description
The ZONESUN Automatic Aerosol Can Filling and Crimping Machine integrates liquid filling, automatic valve sorting and insertion, valve crimping, cap placement, and propellant filling into one streamlined system. It supports male and female aerosol valves and uses a star-wheel positioning mechanism to transfer cans accurately between working stations. The machine handles 10–250 ml filling volumes, aerosol cans measuring 35–66 mm in diameter and 70–330 mm in height, and operates at approximately 30–40 cans/min. Replaceable star wheels accommodate different can diameters, while the dedicated propellant booster system supports stable filling of gases such as N₂ and CO₂, making the machine suitable for efficient and consistent aerosol can production.

Feeding System
Automatically sorts, separates, and feeds aerosol valves to the valve placement station for continuous production.

Filling System
Precisely fills a preset volume of liquid product into each aerosol can, with the filling volume adjustable for different production requirements.

Star Wheel Positioning
The star wheel positions and transfers aerosol cans between working stations and can be replaced when changing to different can diameters.

Valve Crimping
The aerosol valve is pre-crimped to hold it in place, followed by final crimping to complete the sealing process.

Booster Pump
Pressurizes and transfers liquefied propellants such as N₂, CO₂ to the propellant filling structure for stable continuous production.
