The ZONESUN ZS-FS510U Automatic Paste Sachet Filling and Sealing Machine is designed for packaging thick and viscous products such as ketchup, mayonnaise, jam, peanut butter and various sauces.

Equipped with a servo-driven rotary lobe pump, the machine provides controlled filling for different paste products. It integrates film unwinding, pouch forming, quantitative filling, heat sealing and cutting into one continuous packaging process.

With a customizable filling range of 5–100 g and a production speed of approximately 25–40 bags/min, the machine supports efficient small-sachet packaging. Its 50L U-shaped hopper helps maintain smooth material feeding, while the PLC touchscreen allows operators to adjust filling volume, pouch length and sealing temperature.

Multiple packaging styles are available, including back-seal, three-side seal, four-side seal and customized shaped pouches, depending on the selected configuration.
