Description

The ZONESUN ZS-FS80A is an automatic aluminum tube filling, multi-fold sealing, and coding machine that combines precision piston filling, registration-mark tube orientation, mechanical multi-fold sealing, and integrated batch coding in one continuous packaging workflow. It is suitable for filling creams, ointments, gels, adhesives, toothpaste, and other compatible viscous products into aluminum tubes.

Registration-mark detection via photoelectric sensor positions printed tubes correctly before the tail is mechanically folded and sealed — no heat sealing required. A “no tube, no fill” function prevents dispensing without a tube in place. The integrated coding station applies batch numbers or production information during the packaging process. Tube diameter Φ10–Φ60 mm, filling volume 5–500 ml/tube, and folding configurations can be customized to match container and product requirements. Output: 60–80 tubes/min. Available in 220V and 380V.
