Description

The ZONESUN ZS-KGFX32 is a high-speed integrated air washing, filling, and capping monoblock machine designed primarily for 30 ml PP bottles. It combines bottle infeed, 32-head air washing, 16-head tracking filling, electromagnetic cap feeding, automatic cap placement, and 12-head planetary capping in one compact production system, eliminating the need for separate washing, filling, and capping equipment.

The 32 air-washing heads clean empty bottles before filling. Bottles then enter the 16-head tracking filling section, where filling heads follow moving containers during rotary conveying to support continuous high-speed production while helping reduce product foaming. After filling, an electromagnetic cap feeder supplies caps to the automatic placement and 12-head planetary capping system. With a rated capacity of up to 12,000 bottles/hour, the ZS-KGFX32 is controlled by a Siemens PLC + touchscreen for centralized production management.
