DESCRIPTION

The ZONESUN aerosol filling and crimping machine integrates multiple processes in one system, including liquid filling, valve pre-crimping, crimping, and optional gas filling for metal aerosol cans.

For vapor propellants, a booster pump is not required, while liquefied gases require the use of a booster pump for proper filling. The modular gas filling station can be easily removed when gas filling is not needed.

This machine is compatible with both male and female aerosol valves, but it is not suitable for BOV (Bag-On-Valve) aerosol cans.

FILLING STRUCTURE
Piston pump filling system uses cylinder reciprocation to deliver stable filling, with adjustable filling nozzle height for different aerosol cans.

2-STAGE CRIMPING
Using 2-stage crimping design, pre-crimping for valve positioning and final crimping for airtight sealing.

COMPACT LAYOUT
