Featuring a spacious 70L storage tank, this machine boasts advanced features for streamlined operation. The integrated level sensor alerts you when the tank is low, ensuring uninterrupted production. A quick-connect fitting allows for easy connection to your material source via tubing.
This machine utilizes the gravity siphon principle for accurate filling. Bottles are transported by a conveyor belt to the filling station, where an electric eye detects the correct number of bottles. The bottle blocking mechanism activates, and the filling process begins. Once complete, the bottle blocking mechanism releases, and the filled bottles are conveyed out. This machine achieves a remarkable filling speed of 720 bottles per hour for standard 750ml wine bottles.
