CAPPING HEAD FOR PERFUME CAP CRIMPING MACHINE

This replaceable capping head is designed for compatible pneumatic perfume cap crimping machines.

HOW TO ADJUST THE CRIMPING HEAD

1. Remove the fixing screw from the inner core with an Allen wrench.
2. Place the pump cap into the crimping head, then turn the inner core clockwise to adjust its depth.
3. If the pump edge is higher than the bottom surface of the crimping head, the cap cannot be crimped correctly and the bottle may break.
4. A pump edge positioned about 0.5 mm below the bottom surface is suitable for most perfume bottles.
5. If the pump edge is more than 1 mm below the bottom surface, the cap may not be tightened properly. Adjust the depth according to the bottle thickness.
6. Adjust the inner core gradually, check the result, and tighten the fixing screw after the correct position is reached.
