POUCH FEEDING
Utilizes a simple slide rail system for pouch feeding, where operators manually place pouches onto the rail to ensure correct orientation before guiding them into the machine's processing area.
BLOWING STATION
A pneumatic cylinder precisely lowers a nozzle to press against the pouch opening. Compressed air is then introduced to inflate the pouch, creating the necessary shape for filling.
FILLING STATION
The filling process is accomplished using a piston pump. This pump offers adjustable volume and speed settings, allowing for precise control over the amount of product dispensed into each pouch.
CAP PLACEMENT
A vibratory bowl feeder is used to orient and supply caps to the machine. This feeder ensures a consistent supply of correctly oriented caps. A vacuum system then picks up each cap and a pneumatic cylinder presses it firmly onto the pouch.
CAPPING STATION
A servo motor drives the capping mechanism, providing precise control over torque and speed. This ensures consistent and secure capping, minimizing the risk of damage to both the caps and the pouches. The adjustable settings allow for optimization based on different cap types and materials.
