Introducing the revolutionary automated mascara packing machine – a fully integrated monoblock solution designed for high-speed, high-precision mascara packaging. This cutting-edge system features continuous tube feeding via a horizontal holder, followed by a pneumatic lifting mechanism that inverts tubes for precise placement on a star wheel. The star wheel, driven by a cam motor, accurately indexes tubes to the piston filler for precise filling. A servo-driven lifting mechanism positions the tube at the filling nozzle, ensuring consistent filling while gently lowering the tube. Next, an internal stopper is inserted via a vibratory bowl feeder and pneumatic gripper. A sensor verifies stopper placement before the mascara brush cap, also fed via a vibratory bowl and pneumatic gripper, is installed. Finally, a servo-driven three-jaw capping head securely tightens the cap before the finished mascara is gently ejected onto a conveyor for collection. This monoblock system offers unparalleled efficiency, precision, and reduced labor costs, making it the ideal solution for modern cosmetic manufacturing.
