Description

The ZONESUN ZS-AFS210V Automatic Premade Pouch Vacuum Sealing Machine is designed for vacuum packaging of heat-sealable premade pouches. It automatically completes pouch feeding, opening, vacuum extraction, sealing, and finished pouch discharge, while products are manually loaded into the opened bags.

Operating at approximately 15–25 bags/min, the machine features PLC touchscreen control, vacuum levels up to -0.1 MPa, and temperature-controlled sealing for stable packaging performance.

Optional liquid, paste, powder, or granule filling systems can be integrated for more automated premade pouch packaging applications.

Application

Designed for vacuum packaging products in compatible heat-sealable premade pouches, including kraft paper bags, aluminum foil bags, and other laminated pouches. The application images show examples of nuts, beans, rice, and grains in vacuum-sealed pouches.

The standard configuration uses manual product loading. Compatible dosing or filling systems can be customized for different materials when automatic filling is required.

Important Notes

Air Compressor Required: This machine must be used with an air compressor, which is sold separately. The specified air pressure is ≥0.6 MPa.

Zipper Pouch Requirement: Compatible zipper pouches can be handled only when the zipper is already open before packaging. The machine does not automatically open closed zipper pouches.

Standard Loading Configuration: Automatic pouch feeding does not mean automatic product dosing. Products are manually loaded unless a suitable optional measuring or filling system is integrated.

PLC Touchscreen Control

Operators can adjust packaging parameters through the touchscreen, while the PLC system controls the complete operating process.

Premade Pouch Feeding System

The machine automatically transfers premade pouches into the packaging position before vacuum sealing.

Manual Loading Station

Products are manually placed into opened pouches, it is easy to integrate with measuring system according to different filling material.

Vacuum & Sealing System

The vacuum structure removes air from the pouch before sealing, while the temperature-controlled sealing unit ensures stable sealing quality with automatic compensation.
