Overview
The ZONESUN ZS-AFY2 is an automatic double-head prefilled syringe filling and stoppering machine designed for nest-based prefilled syringe production. It automatically completes denesting, syringe feeding, vacuum filling, vacuum stoppering, and product discharge in a single continuous process, with all product-contact parts made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone to meet GMP requirements.
With filling accuracy of ≤±1% and a production speed of 1,200–1,500 syringes per hour, the ZS-AFY2 is ideal for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications requiring sterile, bubble-free filling of low to high-viscosity liquids.
