Intelligent Operation Panel: Equipped with a PLC smart touch screen to simplify operation and monitoring. The AB glue output can be adjusted independently, and up to 10 dispensing parameter files can be saved.
High-Speed Stirring Motor: A high-power motor drives the double stirring rod, combined with a heating tube to prevent glue precipitation.
Dynamic Stirring: The adjustable DC stirring motor and double-liquid recovery valve ensure that the adhesive is distributed smoothly and evenly without stringing.
Gear Pump / Screw Pump Optional: Dual stepper motors and dual metering pumps provide automatic glue proportioning with accuracy up to ±2%.
Large-Capacity Double Material Barrel: Stores and dispenses larger volumes of adhesive and works with heated hoses to maintain good flow characteristics even in low-temperature environments.
