Description

The ZONESUN ZS-AGD6 is an automatic precision rotary glue dispenser engineered for repeatable adhesive application on circular, cylindrical, and ring-shaped components. Its precision rotary system uses a stepper or servo motor to rotate the workpiece at an adjustable speed of 10–200 rpm, combined with mechanical repeatability of ±0.01–±0.02 mm, for consistent circular dispensing.

The dispensing assembly provides 50 mm manual adjustment on X, Y, and Z axes for precise nozzle alignment with different workpiece dimensions.
