CONVEYOR AND WEIGHING SYSTEM
The adjustable-speed conveyor automatically delivers the bag after filling. Its copper-core motor offers long service life and high efficiency. The weighing system uses automatic zero tracking and an adaptive optimization algorithm to improve efficiency and accuracy.
BLOWER AND PHOTOELECTRIC SENSOR
The integrated blower inflates the bag’s inner liner before filling, supporting smooth material flow and helping prevent clogging or bridging. When the photoelectric sensor detects the bag, the conveyor automatically stops to prevent it from falling off the end.
