ANTI-SLIP CONVEYOR BELT

Safely transports bottles to the capping process, minimizing the risk of slipping or misalignment.

VIBRATION BOWL

Vibration is used to arrange the bottle caps before capping, making it easier to screw on the caps quickly.

CAPPING SYSTEM

The capping head adopts four-claw structure technology, and the capping wheel is made of wear-resistant polyurethane and does not break the bottle. A permanent magnetic clutch is used to control the capping torque.

PHOTOELECTRIC SENSORS

Equipped with photoelectric detection components at the inlet and outlet of the conveyor belt, it can realize the stop function of no bottle and full bottles.
