Description

The ZONESUN ZS-EW30 is a high-precision automatic wire cutting, stripping, and inkjet coding machine that consolidates length cutting, double-end stripping, middle stripping, and on-wire coding into a single continuous process. Handling wire cross-sections from 0.1–6 mm² (AWG30–12), it eliminates multi-station handoffs and significantly reduces labor costs in wire harness and cable processing workflows.

Driven by a silent hybrid stepper motor with 0.01 mm resolution, the ZS-EW30 achieves ±(0.002×L) mm stripping accuracy and throughput of 3,000–8,000 pcs/h. An intelligent touchscreen interface supports multi-program presets for instant product switchovers, making it equally suited to high-volume wire harness production, electronics manufacturing, and precision cable assembly.
