Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FK4D Semi-Automatic Cup Sealing Machine integrates automatic lid suction, lid placement, cup positioning and heat sealing into one efficient process. Designed for round cups, bowls and compatible containers, it is suitable for milk tea, juice, yogurt, sauces and other liquid or semi-liquid products.
With a production capacity of 500–800 cups/hour, the machine uses vacuum suction to pick up and position pre-cut sealing lids before applying heat and pressure for secure sealing. The PLC touchscreen allows operators to adjust sealing temperature and operating parameters for different packaging materials. Its customizable, interchangeable cup holders accommodate different container sizes and shapes, providing flexible sealing solutions for various packaging applications.
